There is a lot on your plate, so don’t be shy about asking for support from your family and friends. You can find tips on how to ask for help, how to start conversations about your stress, and other tailored resources in groups.
Try joining some support groups. They can help you feel less stressed and provide emotional support. It helps to have an outlet to talk about your struggles and your wins. Online communities like Caregiver Action Network are places to chat with others who are in the same boat as you.
It may be helpful for you to find ways to stay active. It helps keep the mind and body refreshed and happy. You can try the following:
Take a short walk in the fresh air to clear your head and get the heart pumping
Schedule time in your week where you can enjoy some me time
Keep up with your hobbies that keep you active
It’s OK if you start to feel overwhelmed. Make a to-do list for family and friends when you need extra help

Yes. Your loved one’s doctor has prescribed them VYALEV. That means you’re part of VYALEV Complete, a program designed to support you both throughout the treatment journey. You do a lot for your loved one, and with VYALEV Complete, you won’t have to do it alone—we’ll be by your side every step of the way.
*Nurse Ambassadors are provided by AbbVie and do not work under the direction of your health care professional (HCP) or give medical advice. They are trained to direct patients to their HCP for treatment-related advice, including further referrals.
†The 24/7 Hotline is staffed by nurses that are specifically trained on VYALEV and can be reached 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. After business hours, you may be asked to leave a message for a return call within 30 minutes.
